What does a Fitness Trainer and Wellness Coach do?


Wellness Coaching:  Many people have a strong desire to become well, but have a difficult time converting to a healthy lifestyle.  As a wellness coach I can help you build better health habits, identify and overcome barriers, reach fitness goals and help change your lifestyle in a positive way.  I will provide personalized support, encouragement and motivation; incorporate health education, nutrition, green living, exercise guidance, and intervention for clients suffering from social isolation and hoarding.   I will work with a client face-to-face, by telephone, email or video conference and will work with your doctor, nutritionist, therapist and other health professionals to reach your maximum potential.


Private and Group Training:  I will design a customized exercise program and work with you one-on-one or in small groups.  I will often host local short term group fitness sessions including;  cardio, core, strength, endurance, boot camp, kickboxing, spinning, high intensity, circuit,  interval, flexibility, and other formats.
